Xaymaca is a private concierge platform that arranges excursions, transport, villa services, and bespoke experiences across Jamaica. We act as an arranging agent between you and the local providers who deliver each service.

Every request is reviewed personally by our dispatch team before confirmation. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking until dispatch accepts it and you receive a confirmation notification.

When you submit an itinerary, we hold the requested dates while dispatch confirms availability with each provider. Confirmation typically arrives within a few hours.

If a provider cannot accommodate your requested date, we will offer the nearest available alternative or a full refund of any amount paid for that experience.

You may choose to pay a 25% deposit, the full balance, or split the cost between travelling guests. The deposit option secures your booking; the balance is due before arrival.

All prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience, but are settled in US Dollars at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate contact details and to respond to dispatch communications in a timely manner. Delays in confirming pickup times or villa addresses may affect the delivery of your experience.

You are responsible for ensuring all members of your party meet any age, health, or mobility requirements described on a service before booking it.

We ask that you and your party treat our guides, drivers, and partner providers with courtesy. Xaymaca reserves the right to decline or terminate a booking where conduct poses a risk to safety or service quality, with refund considered on a case-by-case basis.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date shown above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
