Commission

Xaymaca retains a commission on each booking as agreed at signup; you keep the remainder of every sale.

72-hour hold

Earnings are held for 72 hours after a booking is paid before becoming available for payout.

Chargeback responsibility

You are responsible for chargebacks. If a booking is refunded after your earnings have unlocked, you must provide proof of completed service.

Proof of service

If sufficient proof of completed service is not provided, your earnings for that booking become eligible for a chargeback and will be reversed from your available balance.
